Users can easily reset their forgotten passwords from the Apollo login screen. Select Forgot Password, as shown in the screenshot below.
Enter your email address in the Email Address field. Select Reset Password.
You will be notified that an email has been sent to your District email.
Open your District email. Locate the email from noreply@apollok12.com Password Reset Request. Open the email and select Reset Your Password.
Create your new password by creating a New Password and retyping the password in the Confirm New Password field. Passwords must match to activate the Confirm button. Note: Your password will need to meet the following requirements:
- At least one lowercase
- At least one uppercase
- No common passwords
- Minimum 10 characters
After successfully resetting your password, you will get the notification below. Select Log into Apollo to access the platform.
Enter your Email and Password and select Continue to log back into Apollo.
